Scope of Position:
This
position is responsible for the day-to-day management of a large project. This includes facility management, human
resources and accounting.
Position Objective:
To be
responsible for the overall operations of a project.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
- Walk the location to observe the physical condition and appearance of the location, the volume of business, and the performance of the attendants.
- Coordinate maintenance repairs, as needed. Communicate all useful information to client.
- Management of all location employees. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, counseling/disciplining and terminating employees.
- Provide appropriate direction and supervision for the Facility.
- Scheduling for all employees, including security.
- Effectively handle union labor matter.
- Audit books and reports.
- Prepare budgets. Keep expenses within guidelines.
- Ensure all payables are handled properly and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for revenue control.
- Assist Operations Manager and General Manager, as needed.
- Complete Monthly Reports. Present results to clients on a regular basis. Prepare budget for review by Operations Manager and client.
- Market the location to achieve maximum utilization. Responsible for daily interaction with the client. Handle customer concerns which go beyond capabilities of line staff.
Educational
Requirements:
4 year college degree /
previous line management experience
