New Job Opportunity: Account & Sales Representative, ABM Parking Services

Position Title:                    Account & Sales Representative                                           

Reports To:                         Regional Business Development Director

Position Summary:

Generally responsible for cash transactions associated with daily and monthly parking customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately, meet deadlines and be able to work efficiently and independently.
  • The Account & Sales Representative will be fully knowledgeable of the Chicago Region lot rate structure and ensure that patrons are properly charged in accordance with the published rates.
  • Market and set-up monthly parker.
  • Complete daily transactions (Park Whiz, Spot Hero and QuickPay).
  • Maintain filing and proper storage of paperwork.
  •  Assist patrons in verifying identification, along with issuing forms and applications.
  • Provide superior customer service to all patrons in person and over the phone.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A history of working in the public service industry.
  • Basic arithmetic skills

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively and work well with others in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to specifically follow directions from management.
  • Must be able to work overtime if needed.
