Experience: 1+ years bookkeeping experience, or comparable qualifications; experience with QuickBooks helpful
Education & Training: High school; some college preferred
Responsibilities:
• Prepare & generate month-end financial statements & reports; maintain fixed asset & depreciation schedules; make monthly adjusting journal entries
• Prepare & process payroll
• Manage accounts payable & liabilities; assist with A/R as needed
• Prepare, file, and pay state forms for manufacturing companies and sales tax
• Assist in problem solving for inventory & accounting process flows
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 24-32 per week
